Sr Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary
In this position you will Plan Develop & Execute key projects and strategies for Global Quality. You will also serve as the Chief of Staff for the V.P. of Global Quality and deliver on key assignments drive continuous improvement activities and lead change within the Quality organization.
This position will report to the Vice President of Global Quality
DETAILED JOB DUTIES:
- Plan Develop & Execute key projects and strategies for Global Quality including Industry 5.0 (I5.0) Quality Management System (QMS & PLM) Zero Escape Assessments (ZEA) SPC Implementation Data Analytics & Process Standardization and regular follow-ups on actions with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a Project Leader for other initiatives including benchmarking internal & external best practices quality roadmaps and global transformation strategy
- Execute deliverables as the Chief of Staff for the V.P. of Global Quality. This includes planning activities & workshops executive presentations global reviews and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on building voice of quality into the process early to go from reactive to proactive quality.
- Provide regular updates to leadership & facilitate change management.
- Be the quality champion at Resideo to implement quality strategy vision and mindset
YOU MUST HAVE:
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in Quality Management roles ex. QMS Supplier Quality Product Quality Design Quality Engineering or related field.
- Be a strategic thinker proven leader problem-solver and influencer.
- Excellent communication skills ability to create executive style presentations and interact with cross functional leaders.
- A valid passport / VISA with the ability to travel both domestic & internationally.
- Solid understanding of Quality improvement principles RCCA and Six Sigma I5.0 Data Analytics etc.
- Excellent verbal & written English communication is a must for this role.
