Job Summary
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded Early Talent Team as an Early Talent Advisor based in our Birmingham office. As an Early Talent Advisor you will be responsible for delivering the firms Early Talent programmes and strategy providing an excellent service to the business and acting as a main point of contact for trainee and apprenticeship matters.
About you:
We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of working on Early Talent programmes particularly apprenticeship programmes demonstrating a strong understanding of the principles and structure of apprenticeships. Your work experience will present a proven track record of strong time management working in a fast-paced environment building strong relationships with stakeholders and ideally an involvement in Early Talent recruitment activities.
To thrive in this role you will be passionate and enthusiastic about the Early Talent market and a strong drive to achieve the best results for the firm and our Early Talent population.
Additional key skills/qualities you will bring to this role:
- Academic or professional HR qualifications (e.g. degree CIPD qualification) is desirable but not essential
- Proven track record of organising and delivery of events
- Experience working in relevant legal or professional services environment is desirable
- Knowledge of HR procedures/operational ER cases preferred
