Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Principal Consultant SFDC QA Tester
highly experienced Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst (QA Tester) with strong experience in Salesforce testing and US Pharmacy/Healthcare domain. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality reliability and regulatory compliance of Salesforce applications supporting pharmacy business processes. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders Salesforce developers and product teams across the SDLC in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements user stories and functional specifications related to Salesforce applications.
Design develop and execute test cases test scenarios and test scripts for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
Perform functional regression integration system and UAT testing for Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Health Cloud if applicable).
Validate Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) workflows flows validation rules and integrations.
Execute data validation and backend testing using SOQL Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Conduct API and integration testing for Salesforce integrations with downstream/upstream systems (PBM claims eligibility formulary third-party vendors).
Identify log track and retest defects using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps.
Ensure test coverage across releases and support release sign-offs.
Validate Salesforce workflows supporting pharmacy business processes such as:
oClaims processing
oFormulary management
oPrior authorization
oEligibility & benefits
oProvider/member interactions
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations including HIPAA and pharmacy compliance standards.
Develop and maintain automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium Provar Playwright or equivalent.
Continuously improving QA processes test strategies and documentation.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Strong experience in Salesforce QA / Testing.
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud Service Cloud; Health Cloud is a plus).
Experience testing Apex classes triggers LWC workflows flows and integrations.
Proficiency in SOQL for data validation.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA Azure DevOps TestRail etc.).
Experience with automation testing tools (Provar / Selenium / Playwright).
Good understanding of API testing (Postman REST/SOAP).

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder) nice to have.
Experience with Health Cloud or healthcare-focused Salesforce implementations.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
Prior experience working in US healthcare or pharmacy projects.
