What You Will Do:

• Evaluate processes anticipate requirements identify gaps and implement effective solutions.

• Map business processes and uncover areas for improvement.

• Develop new visualizations and applications using Palantir tools and the Microsoft Power Apps Suite.

• Facilitate workshops elicit requirements and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

• Perform requirements analysis and document results.

• Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management.

• Work closely with clients technicians and managerial staff to ensure alignment.

• Manage projects develop project plans and monitor performance.

• Update implement and maintain existing procedures and deliverables.

• Manage competing priorities and resources to meet deadlines.

• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

What You Will Need:

• Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a DoD security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE SECRET clearance are preferred

• Bachelors degree

• FIVE (5) or more years of professional experience in software design development quality testing and/or information technology

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Information Technology or a related field

• Eight (8) years of professional experience encompassing software design development and test & evaluation.

• Hands-on experience in database development web page design and computer-based training development.

• Proficiency in tools and Integrated Development Environment including SQL Server 2000 and HTML editor tools.

• Demonstrated ability to apply programming concepts in both professional and academic settings.

• Significant experience implementing modern software development methodologies.
