We arent just a waste management company; we are the Green For Life team and were looking for an Account Executive who is ready to dominate the market and keep our communities clean and sustainable.



What Youll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):

  • The Ultimate Hunter: Youll be scouting the streets to identify viable leads and win over new business for our Commercial and Industrial lines.

  • Competitor Crusher: Youll target New from Competitor opportunities showing them why the grass (and the bin) is greener with GFL.

  • Social Butterfly: From Chamber of Commerce events to trade shows youll be the face of GFL building long-term relationships and increasing our local fame.

  • Site Explorer: You wont just be behind a desk. Youll perform site visits to see the action firsthand and partner with our Operations and Customer Service legends to make sure our clients are happy.

Are You the Perfect Match

Were looking for someone with a win-at-all-costs attitude and a heart for service. Heres the checklist:

  • Sales Veteran: You have 3 years of sales experience with a track record of smashing quotas.

  • Industry Insider: You bring 2 years of solid waste industry experience to the table.

  • Tech Savvy: You know your way around a CRM (Salesforce is our jam).

  • Pro Communicator: You can negotiate present and listen better than most.

  • Self-Motivated: You take pride in your work and have a strong drive to exceed every goal set for you.
