マーチャントコンサルタントとは
マーチャントコンサルタントはAmazonプラットフォームに商品を出品している販売事業者様向けに提供している有料のコンサルティングサービスプログラムを担います具体的には販売事業者様の経営戦略や事業戦略を踏まえた上で課題を特定し戦略的アドバイスを行って上での売上最大化を目指します
Key job responsibilities
具体的な業務内容
1人最大約20社を担当し専任コンサルタントとして戦略的プランを策定
売上実績分析必要な具体的戦略プラン策定実行サポート定期的なビジネスレビューの実施

戦略的アドバイスおよび実践的なコーチング
戦略的アドバイス例
品揃えの拡充新商品立ち上げサポート
販路拡大グローバル展開アマゾンビジネス
広告最適化スポンサー広告提案
購入転換率向上商品ページ改善プライシング
プロモーションセールイベント提案
ブランディング提案ブランド登録分析ストア作成
在庫物流の最適化在庫切れ要因分析配送委託提案
主なKPI
販売事業者様のサービスへの満足度販売事業者様のマーチャントコンサルタントへの満足度出品商品ページの質出品商品数とその配送品質広告やセール実施により新たに生み出された売上等
- Bachelors degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 5 years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros pivots lookups) at an advanced level
- Experience with Microsoft Office products & applications
- Speak write and read basic in English
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
