Were seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and grow our Assistive Care office in Gaithersburg MD serving adult clients across Montgomery County and parts of Frederick County. What Youll Do

As a Clinical Nurse Manager youll be at the heart of both patient care and team leadership:

• Lead mentor and inspire field staff to deliver exceptional care
• Conduct in-home client assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Oversee care delivery and ensure the highest clinical standards
• Supervise and support HHAs and CNAs in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing staff training
• Build strong relationships with physicians hospitals and community partners
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Contribute to a positive engaging workplace culture

What Were Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2 years of RN experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development
