What Youll Be Doing

• Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to support production needs
• Manage material handling stockpiling and load-out activities
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all site safety policies and contribute to a strong safety culture

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial environment
• Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify basic mechanical issues
• Reliable work habits and commitment to teamwork
• Ability to work invariable outdoor conditions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit stand climb and walk on uneven surfaces for extended periods
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Sufficient hand-eye coordination to operate equipment controls safely
• Ability to work in outdoor environments that involve dust noise and changing weather
• Capacity to enter and exit heavy equipment using ladders and steps

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
