SPORT Clinic has served the community for over 40-years and is currently expanding. We are an independent private practice outpatient physical therapy clinic with locations in Mequon Cedarburg and coming soon as part of an exciting joint venture in Port Washington.
This DPT position will be located at a new state-of-the-art facility overlooking Lake Michigan opening July 2026. This exciting position will be at Thrive Fitness Therapy and will include SPORT Clinic Physical Therapy providing physical and occupational therapy and AMRAP personal training programs.

Full Job Description
We are looking for a skilled physical therapist to join SPORT Clinic Physical Therapy at our Thrive Fitness Therapy our Port Washington location coming in mid-2026. Our ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset that will help us grow our patient caseload at this location. This role may expand to clinic manager.
What You Will Do
Provide initial evaluation and on-going assessments through interview and physical exam
Develop and evolve plans of care and treatment goals
Involve patients in the treatment and education as it relates to their condition treatment and anticipated progress
Use EMR system to provide timely and accurate documentation of services
Supervise physical therapist assistants
Maintain legal and accreditation compliance
Participate in ongoing development of clinical and professional skills
Engage in promoting self and clinic in the community
What You Will Need
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
OCS SCS or ATC preferred
Minimum 3-5-years experience outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred willing to train the right candidate
Dry Needling Certified strongly preferred
Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) required within 90-days of hire
Education:
Doctorate degree
