You will play a key role in planning coordinating and conducting test events as well as collecting and analyzing performance data to support system validation and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of test and evaluation (T&E) activities
- Develop and execute test plans procedures and evaluation strategies
- Collect analyze and interpret performance data to support system assessments
- Apply statistical analysis methods to evaluate system performance and confidence levels
- Support Modeling and Simulation activities for test and evaluation purposes
- Analyze performance risks and contribute to test planning and decision-making
- Coordinate and participate in test events including readiness and execution activities
- Develop evaluation plans reports and supporting documentation
- Support configuration and data management for test activities
- Assist in developing data collection strategies and analysis frameworks
- Participate in working groups and coordinate with stakeholders across teams
- Provide recommendations based on test results and analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience supporting test and evaluation (T&E) activities and methodologies
- Experience collecting analyzing and interpreting data for system evaluation
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and performance evaluation methods
- Familiarity with Modeling and Simulation concepts
- Ability to develop and follow test plans procedures and documentation
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Science Engineering Statistics Engineering Management or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of experience as a Test Engineer or in a related field on programs of similar scope type and complexity
- Four (4) additional years of test or related experience may be substituted for a degree
Clearance Requirement:
- Must possess an active TS SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role
