Roles and Responsibilities:
OFLP is a rotational program lasting for 2 years as an Associate and an opportunity to promote to a People Leader position in a 3rd year. During OFLP program members will experience minimum of 3 engagements for periods of 6 to 12 months. Each engagement will be Operational Finance focused and accountable for delivering projects or improvements tied to Business unit X-Matrix or KPI Bowler. OFLPs will learn and engage with Operational Finance while building their Lean skillset. On the job learning will be enhanced by Lean learning experiences intense coaching and development and a university learning partnership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Finance Accounting or related field (or an equivalent combination of education training and experience)
- Working experience (minimum 2 years) financial work experience in a global business environment
- Strong consideration will be given to Gas Power employees
- Sponsorship from current HR partner people leader & selected EB
- Work Location: Employee is currently based in one of the desired OFLP locations or is willing and able to relocate during the course of the program to one if required.
