Job Summary
Collections Intern position is a great fit if you would like to use your communication skills and gain experience in finance. This role is part of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) department. We are responsible for collecting past-due amounts from our customers and serve as the first point of contact for all accounts receivablerelated matters.
What you will do:
support collectors in managing customer portfolios
provide early-stage customer service
assist other finance operations by providing and obtaining information from customers related to billing collections and cash application
maintain regular interactions with customers and proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders

Qualifications :
The position is suitable for candidates with education
University student
Other knowledge
Fluency in English and French / Italian / Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational communication and follow-up skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines
Solid self-management skills a proactive team player mindset and a problem-solving attitude
Innovative mindset and a constant drive to improve processes
