Responsibilities:
1. Perform troubleshooting to consolidate and analyze the CRM or customer noise issue.
2. Transfer the external quality issue to internal improvement opportunities.
3. Monitor and analyze the internal quality issue.
4. Support the sales team in terms of product application
5. Other jobs from manager.
