职位概述

对新供应商进行评估和审核确保其体系管理及过程管理符合企业要求应用PPAP工具认证新产品同时对现有供应商实行日常过程审核指导和督促供应商持续改善和供应商质量技术工艺等部门通力合作改善已发生质量问题并制定有效改善方案预防潜在高风险不良发生:

工作职责

Ø 制定年度供应商审核计划对供应商进行现场审核并对在审核过程中发现的不合格项目进行跟踪改善推进供应商质量控制流程的提升

Ø 能够和供应商技术人员/质量人员/高层进行良好的沟通组织供应商的跨部门合作推动解决复杂的产品/流程问题

Ø 协助供应商制定产品检验计划推动建立有效的过程控制流程并对供应商内部相关人员进行培训

Ø 按月统计供应商绩效并对不合格供应商进行整顿改善提升供应商产品质量召开季度年度质量会议

Ø 协调公司内部部门解决现场产品质量问题跟踪落实后续改善措施

Ø 对于工地反馈的问题主导推进供应商分析原因跟踪分析报告的提交时限并负责索要由于供应商责任所产生的费用

Ø 参与评审新供应商的供货资质以及按OTIS要求评估现有供应商

Ø 熟悉PPAP流程主导新产品的PPAP认证和供应商制定认证计划主动推进项目进度满足公司内部客户的时限需求

职位要求

Ø 大学本科或以上教育背景

Ø 从事技术/工艺工作10年以上

Ø 熟悉并能运用基本质量工具如柏拉图鱼骨图分析MSASPC8D报告等

Ø 良好的沟通能力并具备清晰的分析逻辑及决断力敢于承担责任

Ø 具备机械或者电机类部件的基础知识

Ø 能够指导供应商对失效部件进行分析并快速找到失效原因

Ø 良好的英文读写能力并能进行日常的英文沟通

Ø 满足公司的出差要求包括日常供应商审核以及临时紧急的出差任务
