Position Summary: Senior Specialist Facilities Site Management will be responsible for strengthening the capability of facility team for better support on the facility and equipment assurance in ANOW plant to achieve our goals on safety facility and productivity. Primary Responsibilities and Duties Work closely with manufacturing and provide strong technical support on facility related issues troubleshooting root cause analysis preventive maintenance to perform its required function effectively and safely throughout its lifecycle. 负责厂区内设备设施相关的维修及预防性维护分析根本原因并解决设备相关问题使其在使用周期内保持有效且安全的运行状态. Be responsible for the maintenance strategy such as the spare parts selection preventive maintenance to reduce the unplanned issue of the equipment. 根据设备类型制定不同的维护策略如零备件选型预防性维护策略减少非计划性维修时间. Participating in the capital project searching and introducing new equipment or technologyprovide the input from the professional knowledge to meet the requirements of the production team like capacity expansion technical upgrade and EHS. 参与现有产线扩建升级或新产线引入项目提供专业的技术输入与审查引入新的技术或设备提升产能效率以及安全性 Bring continuous improvement ideas on the automatic and mechanical upgrade of the equipment to improve rationality and productivity. 通过持续改善的思维对产线进行自动化/机械升级提升产线的运行效率. Take charge of establishing and updating facility related documents like SOP for maintenance and work instructions equipment file BOM FMEA etc. 负责建立并维护设备相关的文件如维修手册预防性维护指南设备档案 BOMFMEA等. Be responsible for the equipment related technical transformation from other Entegris plants to Hangzhou. 负责从Entegris其他工厂引入新的技术或产线已实现本地化生产. Other tasks assigned by team leader. 部门经理安排的其他工作. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or above in electrical engineering /electrical automation related majors. 本科及以上学历电气工程电气自动化相关的专业. Minimum 5 years experience in engineering and manufacturing industry. Must have a great hands-on experience and strong sense of responsibility working experience in multinational cooperation is preferred. 5年以上在制造业工厂的工作经验良好的动作能力及责任心有跨国公司工作经验者优先. Familiar with PLC programs (Mitsubishi Siemens Delta We-con etc.) and driver performance characteristics technical parameters and applications. 熟悉主流品牌PLC程序技术参数以及应用三菱西门子台达维控等品牌 Experience in non-standard project design is preferred. 有非标自动化项目设计经验者优先. Familiar with software debugging functional verification software design will be better. 熟悉PLC程序编程bug 修正功能验证. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams. 能读懂设备机械图纸及电路图. Familiar with tools (CAD MS Office). 熟悉办公软件的应用微软办公软件CAD. Innovative interactive collaborative with great ambitions. 有创新精神善于协同合作工作充满热情.
