This role will be primarily responsible for handling the whole cash cycle process within the assigned business segment to meet company business growth strategy and be compliant with related polies and guidelines.

What will you do (Responsibilities) 需要您做什么

Order Entry Process

Screen the order readiness according to SOP to secure sales contracting compliance incl. T&C / Special Price / Credit / 3P / etc.
Enter sales order correctly and effectively in SAP; update the status regularly eg. CRD and necessary memo remarks.

PO Ordering Process

Place PO to correct parties and monitor the target date for each PO.
Provide accurate SOF (Sales Order Form) to each party

Export Contral Review Process

Pre-check on EUS (End User Statement) qualification
Enter qualified Matters in Legis way
Quick response on any tasks assigned including matter close in Legisway

Sales Forecast Preparation Provide high quality monthly sales forecast and keep it up to date.

Revenue Driven

Monitor the backlog status and keep close touch with sales team distributors customers and factories to promise on-time delivery and revenue recognition
Detect risks and propose solutions or ask for higher level support during the revenue driven

Delivery Process

Monitor factories delivery status and inform sales team or customer to pay in advance.
Daily on-time payment check to ensure on time delivery
Close loop on VAT dispatch and AR collection.

Lean business

Eager to learn systematic business system on lean
Learn to use lean tools to improve daily work and propose process optimization ideas

Reporting

Good reporting skills to support business analysis is preferred.

Must have 基本要求

Bachelor degrees or above
3-5 years experience in order-to-cash process with ERP project implementation experience as a plus
Strong learning agility
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sensitive on numbers and good logic
Excellent oral and written English
