Your new role
As Medical Advisor Cardiovascular youll be at the forefront of translating complex science into meaningful strategies that support our cardiovascular portfolio. Youll serve as a vital bridge between scientific excellence and commercial success ensuring that every medical touchpointfrom KOL engagement to promotional materialsreflects both rigorous science and patient-centered care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing compelling medical information packages and storylines to support product launches promotional events and major scientific meetings (NNDU post-ADA post-EASD)
- Building and maintaining strong scientific relationships with international national and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) through regular engagement
- Delivering impactful presentations at external scientific meetings such as GSA and roadshows while training internal medical marketing and sales colleagues
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between medical strategy marketing initiatives and business objectives
- Coordinating Investigator Initiated Studies and executing Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies for product lifecycle management
- Participating in publication planning and execution including non-peer reviewed publications on specific products
- Reviewing promotional materials and labeling according to SOPs ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for a scientifically rigorous medical professional who thrives at the intersection of science strategy and stakeholder engagement. Youll bring:
- Medical degree (Masters or above) preferably with specialization in cardiology or nephrology
- Proven ability to independently develop medical storylines and translate complex scientific data into clear compelling narratives
- Strong experience in KOL/DOL management with demonstrated ability to build and maintain credible scientific relationships
- Excellent presentation and training delivery skills comfortable engaging diverse audiences from scientific experts to commercial teams
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical medical affairs including publication planning clinical trial coordination and promotional material review processes
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strategic mindset with strong collaboration skills to work effectively across medical marketing and sales functions

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
