As aService Manager-Famex&Recreationwerely on you to:

作为酒店家庭体验休闲经理需承担以下主要工作职责

1. Responsible for organizing and planning the K20 event in Shangri-La
2. Responsible for the operation and management of the fitness center and Baby Paradise.
3. Work with the operation team to formulate strategies plans and execute sales and marketing plans as well as promotional activities in order to achieve sales targets.
4. Supervise the operation safety and guest experience of both indoor and outdoor family experience areas
5. Contact other departments to solve problems or carry out the activities planned in the program
6. Responsible for handling administrative office paperwork
7. Responsible for establishing the hotels quality system conducting operational supervision and service quality inspection and formulating control standards

3.与运营团队一起制定策略计划和执行销售和营销计划以及促销活动以实现销售目标

We are looking someone who:

我们寻找的人选需具备

1. At least 3 years of experience in the same position;
2. Possess strong organizational and leadership skills as well as practical working ability; skilled at motivating the enthusiasm of personnel;

in health andsafety of children including theability to handle emergencies.

4Ability to manage staff handle guest relations and ensure service quality.

5Basic English communication skills and fluent Mandarin; additional language is a plus.

1.3年及以上同岗位工作经验
2.具有较强的组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力善于调动人员的积极性

3.了解儿童的健康和安全包括处理紧急情况的能力

4.能够管理员工处理宾客关系并确保服务质量

5.具备基本英语沟通能力普通话流利
