Job Summary
岗位职责
1.体系&产品认证
1.1 负责工厂ISO 9001质量管理体系的实施维护及持续改进
1.2 根据项目的进度要求和认证需求制订产品认证计划
1.3 负责对接审核机构认证机构检测单位确保审核认证及检测工作按计划实施
1.4 负责编制修订管理手册管控并管理相关体系认证文件等确保符合标准及法律法规的要求
1.5 组织内部审核制定审核计划推动不符合项的整改及闭环管理
1.4 协助管理层开展管理评审输出改进建议并跟踪落实
1.5 对接第三方认证机构协调外部审核工作确保体系或产品认证顺利通过认证及监督审核
1.6 组织员工体系及产品认证相关知识培训提升全员质量合规意识
2.质量管理
2.1 负责转移项目的质量策划参与项目评审会议并给出评审意见
2.2 历史问题的经验教训在新项目中制订管控方案质量管控前置
2.3 项目转移试制过程总结质量相关问题并跟进解决闭环
2.4 协助客户审核并跟踪审核发现项直至解决闭环
2.5 过程质量问题的统计分析与解决提升产品的合格率
2.6 负责过程审核的实施对审核过程中发现的问题推动相关部门整改并验证闭环
2.7 持续改进质量控制优化检验方式方法并培训相关人员
任职要求
1.大专及以上学历机械或机电相关专业
2.拥有5年及以上质量相关工作经验至少2年以上的体系或认证相关工作经验
3.熟悉ISO9001体系标准具备ISO9001内审员资格证有CCSCCC及CEL产品认证经验更佳
4.熟悉APQPPPAPMSAFMEASPC五大工具以及PDCA8D5WhyA3等质量工具有推动不符合项整改及闭环管理经验
5.能熟练的使用WordExcelPPT等办公软件良好的文件编制能力能编制体系认证文件及相关报告
6.责任心强具备较强的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力
7.基本的英语读写能力口语能沟通更佳
