该职位主要负责成品过程产品和原材料的high-skilled仪器测试确保全球实验室策略与所有分析测试结果的准确性和可靠性保持一致负责在线和内部实验室的设备可靠性维护负责实验耗材的有效管理和稳定供应负责实验室安全确保符合公司HSE规定以及法规要求

What are we looking for
- 食品生物或化学相关专业本科及以上学历
- 有2年以上实验室相关工作经验熟悉ISO 17025实验室质量管理体系
- 熟练使用理化或微生物实验室检测仪器和方法
- 熟练的英语读写能力 熟练掌握电脑办公软件
What will be your key responsibilities
- 在实验室运行现有的high-skilled仪器测试方法对成品过程产品和原材料进行常规和特殊需求检测确保结果的及时性和准确性
- 执行符合实验室质量和技术要求的程序确保数据的可靠性
- 领导和实施实验设备的预防性维护期间核查和计量工作确保检测设备的可靠性和稳定性
- 负责实验室易耗品的采购和管理确保订单的及时交付和易耗品有效管控
- 评估并维护实验室安全操作规范并保持与安全部门的联系确保符合法规要求
- 执行和维护实验室文件控制系统维护ISO 17025质量管理体系
- 基于玛氏中心实验室要求开展新的测试方法的验证工作和实施满足业务需求 负
- 实验室的持续改善CI 根据需要备份结果查询外部实验结果录入工作支持准时放行
