Job Description

职责与权限

全面负责管理并安排MR-磁体产品线主需求计划并熟悉物料采购流程和熟悉系统及时优化生产计划和采购需求计划以确保与生产计划一致不断提升并满足OTD/FSD等KPI的目标

优化成品库存以及在制品库存的水平降低运营成本

不断扩展自己的技术学科知识并能成为技术支持角色对产品计划给出专业技术知识的支持

具有一定的自主权以良好的技术知识和判断力解决在规定程序中遇到的问题

具有良好的人际交往和沟通能力并且能在工作中践行领导力对于面对客户的角色建立牢固的客户关系并充当客户与 GE 之间的接口向客户提供一定的技术支持

基本资格

该岗位要求在相关领域具有3年以上相关的工作经验

统招本科及以上学历

所需特性

优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力;

优秀的人际关系和领导能力能够独立工作;较强的解决问题能力;

熟练使用SAP或者Oracle;

并具有供应链相关的工作经验

有精益知识和项目优化经验尤佳

拥有CPIM证书尤佳
