ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS . Biochemistry Biotechnology or a related discipline. 2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in an application customer support or technical service role within IVD clinical diagnostics or life sciences. Strong command of English primary working language for internal and international communication. Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese mandatory for customer-facing activities in China. Availability for domestic travel within China at least once a month. Strong communication skills including the ability to deliver technical presentations and training to distributors and clients. Proven initiative and capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced multicultural environment. Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities. Team player with the ability to transfer knowledge and ideas effectively across diverse audiences. High standards of professional ethics and integrity. DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS Experience working with IVD distributors or dealer networks in the Chinese market. Knowledge of NMPA (formerly CFDA) regulatory requirements for in vitro diagnostic devices. Experience in analytical method validation in accordance with CLIA ISO 15189 or equivalent standards. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce Zoho or similar). Spanish language skills (valued but not mandatory).
