We are looking for Senior Sales Manager - Corporate we rely on you to:

• Handle sales activities with local and international partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel.
• Take responsibility for the teams sales performance.
• Lead and motivate the sales team.
• Maintain sales and service standards of the team.
• Maximize the sales revenue.
• Develop new business accounts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Have a passion for Sales and Marketing.
• Be a strong team player.

• Enjoy crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers.
• Think outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel.
• Understand the global markets and local environment.
• Communicate and write with fluency in English (as well as the local language) due to the service needs for local and foreign customers.
• Have relevant experience in a similar capacity previously.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers.
