工作职责
- 市场拓展与客户关系管理
- 负责指定区域内南昌上饶抚州鹰潭景德镇医院的开发与维护建立并保持良好的合作关系提高产品覆盖率和市场份额
- 按公司要求定期拜访客户了解需求及时反馈市场信息为客户提供专业的医学知识和产品信息解答客户疑问协助解决客户使用产品过程中遇到的问题
- 与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系通过优质的服务和专业的推广提高客户满意度和忠诚度
- 销售目标达成
- 制定并执行个人销售计划确保完成公司下达的销售任务达成年度季度和月度销售目标
- 分析所属市场动态和销售数据及时调整销售策略优化销售流程提高销售效率和业绩
- 参与公司组织的各类销售活动和市场推广项目积极推广公司产品提升品牌知名度和市场影响力
- 产品知识与学术推广
- 深入学习和掌握公司产品和相关疾病的相关知识包括药理作用临床应用不良反应竞品对比等能够准确清晰地向客户传达产品的优势和特点
- 严格按照合规要求协助公司开展合理合法的学术推广活动如科室会区域会等邀请专家进行产品讲解和学术交流提升客户对产品的认知度和认可度
- 团队协作与支持
- 积极主动与市场部医学部准入等跨部门紧密合作及时反馈客户需求和市场信息共同制定策略和改进方案确保公司资源的高效利用和协同作战
- 完成上级领导交待的其他工作积极参与公司组织的各项活动为公司的发展贡献自己的力量
任职要求
- 大专或以上学历医药相关专业毕业优先
- 5年以上医药行业销售工作经验的资深销售专员对工作充满激情和信心有外企医药公司销售经验者优先过往有儿科和成人神经内科合作经验者优先
- 熟悉外企医药行业市场环境和销售模式以及能严格遵守合规要求
- 对江西市场环境重点医院和当地客户关系有较深入的了解和掌握并有一定程度掌控全省的业务能力
- 有罕见病工作经验者优选了解临床用药规范和医疗行业相关政策法规
- 有较强的团队合作和Result drive意识清晰的销售思路和结构化策略思维以及较强的全局观能准确把握什么是公司需要的重要的和重点并迅速付之高执行力和及时反馈
- 熟练掌握销售技巧和谈判技巧具备较强的沟通能力和人际交往能力既有很强的KOL客户把控跟进能力也有很强的自驱力主动寻找新的业务增长点敢于尝试和钻研较为创新的工作模式拓展业务增长渠道比如主动扩大客户覆盖面寻找更多机会
- 熟练使用办公软件如WordExcelPowerPoint等能够制作和使用专业的销售文档和演示文稿
- 具备高度的责任心和敬业精神工作积极主动吃苦耐劳接受高频出差有较强的抗压能力并对罕见病业务始终充满较高的热情与信心有强烈的赢的欲望不轻言放弃
- 用于接受挑战具备较强的自我学习能力和适应能力能够快速适应市场变化和公司发展需求
- 具备良好的职业道德和诚信品质能严格遵守公司合规工作流程和行业规范
