感知算法部署工程师矿山无人驾驶方向
岗位职责
负责深度学习感知模型在车端嵌入式平台的部署优化与验证
- 在 Jetson / Orin 等 NVIDIA 嵌入式平台完成模型落地
- 使用 TensorRTCUDAcuDNNONNX Runtime 等工具进行端侧推理加速
- 针对延迟吞吐量内存占用功耗等指标进行性能分析与优化
在 Linux Embedded 环境下开展系统级工程工作包括
- 驱动与系统配置协作
- 交叉编译系统服务调试
- Docker / DeepStream / ROS2 等运行环境构建与维护
与算法融合系统及硬件团队紧密协作完成感知模块在整车系统中的稳定集成与长期演进 分担并支撑现有点云算法链路在全流程联调和测试阶段参与问题定位与 Bug 排查提高整体迭代效率
任职要求
本科及以上学历计算机自动化电子工程人工智能或相关专业 熟练使用 C 与 Python具备良好的工程代码能力与调试习惯 有激光雷达点云相关经验理解点云数据特性及基本处理流程 熟悉深度学习模型从训练到端侧部署的基本流程具备嵌入式平台实际落地经验 具备良好的问题拆解能力能够在系统联调阶段独立推进问题定位与解决
加分项
熟悉或使用过多线程并行CUDA 加速等性能优化手段 对目标检测目标分割等感知任务有基础理解不要求算法研究背景 有 Jetson / Orin 等 NVIDIA 车端或机器人平台的真实项目经验 了解 ROS2DeepStream 等感知运行框架 有长期工程能力建设意识关注系统稳定性可维护性与可扩展性
