Job Title: Administrative Assistant Office & Facilities Support
Location: (On-Site) Montreal Quebec Canada
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Rate: $18 to $20 CAD Per Hour
Role Summary
We are hiring for this position where the selected candidate will support day-to-day office operations facilities coordination and event setup activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized and welcoming workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front desk and reception coverage ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Support event setup and teardown including room arrangements and logistics
- Prepare and organize meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely restocking
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and office-related services
- Assist in maintaining a clean safe and well-functioning office environment
- Handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Adapt to changing priorities and proactively address workplace needs
Must-Have Skills
- Experience supporting office administration facilities or workplace operations
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience delivering high-quality professional white glove service
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage basic scheduling tasks
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and office safety practices
- Experience supporting workplace events or office logistics
- Some post-secondary education is a plus
- Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action in daily tasks
