Job Summary

Job Title: Office & Facilities Coordinator Assistant
Job Location: Toronto Canada (On-Site)
Experience: 2 Years
Rate: 18 to 20 CAD PH

Role Summary: We are hiring for this role where the selected candidate will support day-to-day office operations and workplace coordination activities. This position focuses on maintaining a well-organized office environment assisting with events and ensuring smooth facilities support.

Key Responsibilities:
Support front desk and reception activities to maintain a welcoming office environment
Help set up and tear down workplace events and meetings
Prepare and organize meeting rooms for daily use
Monitor and restock office supplies to ensure smooth operations
Assist with basic facilities support and report maintenance issues when needed
Coordinate with vendors for routine services and office requirements
Keep the office organized clean and running efficiently
Work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities effectively
Provide high-quality white-glove support to employees and visitors

Must-Have Skills:
Experience supporting facilities or office operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience delivering white-glove or high-touch service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to support event setup meetings and daily office tasks
Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Basic understanding of office safety and facility processes
Experience working with external vendors
Exposure to workplace events or office coordination
Additional education beyond high school is a plus.
