About the Role
Our Client is hiring a Project Control Officer (Intermediate) to support procurement and supply chain operations for a major healthcare organization in Ontario.
This role focuses on procurement coordination documentation and process compliance working closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth execution of sourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support procurement and sourcing activities by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Maintain and update records in procurement systems (Workday Flextrack eSourcing tools)
- Create and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation
- Maintain a complete and auditable document repository and audit trail
- Draft briefing notes reports and project documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Ontario Health procurement policies
- Track deliverables timelines and documentation across multiple projects
- 4 years of experience in procurement processes and supply chain operations
- Hands-on experience with Workday Flextrack or eSourcing platforms
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel Teams document management)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong organizational time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across cross-functional teams
- Experience in public sector procurement
- Knowledge of project management concepts (risk scope planning reporting)
- Experience supporting multiple project managers and deliverables
- Familiarity with DocuSign and document workflows
