We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team in Mississauga. This role requires a strong

communicator who can handle client interactions support sales activities and occasionally travel locally to pick up samples or meet customers in person.

• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries via phone email and in person

• Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and closing deals

• Prepare and manage invoices accurately

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Coordinate and pick up product samples when required

• Visit clients or vendors occasionally as needed

• Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

• Proven experience in customer service and sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident proactive and results-driven personality

• Ability to handle invoicing and basic administrative tasks

• Willingness to travel locally for sample pickups or client visits

• Valid drivers license (preferred)
