Training and Deployment
6 months contract
Hybrid- Ottawa/Toronto
The Supplier shall provide training and knowledge transfer services to enable the City to effectively adopt administer and operate the FOI CMS Solution. At a minimum training shall include:
1. End User Training: Training for FOI business staff responsible for the day-to-day processing of FOI requests.
2. Power User Training: Training for resources responsible for Solution configuration reporting and administration functions.
3. Knowledge Transfer and Operational Handover: Knowledge transfer to support ongoing operations support Solution administration and future enhancements.
4. Training Materials: The Supplier shall provide training materials in softcopy for City use retention and reference.
