What Youll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Location: Montreal QC hybrid position 3 days per week working from the office

Expected Start Date: May or June 2026

Contract Duration: 6 months Full Time

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

experience shaping the reliability and performance of modern applications. This isnt a watch and learn internship: youll take ownership work on real systems and

help deliver exceptional user experiences.

As part of a collaborative scrum team youll contribute directly to quality engineering and automation:

• Help design and execute modern testing strategies for complex systems
• Create and maintain test coverage for your teams features
• Develop and run test plans including functional performance and security testing
• Build and enhance automated test suites to improve speed and reliability
• Investigate bugs troubleshoot issues and support root-cause analysis
• Work closely with developers and QA teammates to improve test frameworks
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve testing processes and tools
• Participate in agile ceremonies and team collaboration

What Youll bring:

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Strong foundation in programming - Java JavaScript or similarExposure to tools like Selenium Cucumber Git/GitHub Jenkins Gherkin is a plus
• Familiarity with concepts like Clean Code DRY KISS is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity initiative and a willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment
