Various positions available and may include:
Containers
Unload containers to the specified configuration of cases per layer on the pallet as per the purchase order;
Lift boxes with a weight range of 1-50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift
Segregate boxes by item number;
Interlock cases on pallets and secure with tape or shrink wrap;
Identifyand report any quantity variances and any damages to the Receiver associate;
Various warehouse duties as directed by the supervisor.
Cell Operations
Perform pre-production checks on automated adapters ensuring equipmentis in ready torun state;
Process andmonitorthe flow of the automated storage and retrieval system through means of the adapters including manual inbound automatic inbound automatic outbound to achievemaximumthroughput and cases per hour;
Prepare pallets for induction into theroboticstorage and retrieval system;
Assesscauseof system stoppage and return to service using Human/Machine Interface (HMI) and manual intervention;
Communicate and escalate all issuesimpactingproductionimmediatelyto operational leadership;
Contribute tooverall system uptime through system preservation robot recovery suspect removal andbothealth actions;
Perform periodic system inspections including cleaning lubrication tolerance checkingcomponentvalidation;
Report all out of spec conditions and perform root cause corrective action andmaintaincontinuous operation of system components;
Monitor andutilizecommon radio etiquette while obtaining instructions from leadership and operational leads;
Perform rover bot upkeep to include but not limited to replacing wheels cleaning ESD brushes sensors etc;
Responsible for automated robotic vehicle recovery in theroboticstorage and retrievalsystemincluding working in restrictive environments;
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
What Youll Bring:
Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety andcomplies withOntario Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) standards;
Capable of standing walking climbing stairs and repetitively lifting heavy objects throughout shift;
Comfortable in a noisy fast-paced environment and in hot orcold weatherconditions;
Strong attention to detail self-motivated and a team player;
Able tomaintaina professional appearance and demeanor and follow directions;
Proficiency in performing System Inspections functionsincludingcleaning lubricationmakingadjustments;
Ability to prioritize work to gainmaximumuptime;
Ability to work independently of supervisor following procedures and manuals;
Ability tomulti-taskand perform multiple job functions at once.
Assets You May Have:
Experience in receiving
Experience in a warehouse environment
Class G2 or higher drivers license

Hourly Rate
