The Role
As a Managing Principal you will play a pivotal role in leading complex client engagements driving business growth and delivering impactful transformation across the Wealth & Asset Management space. You will work closely with senior stakeholders providing strategic direction while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.
What Youll Do
- Lead large-scale transformation programmes across wealth and asset management clients
- Build and maintain senior client relationships acting as a trusted advisor
- Drive business development including shaping proposals and expanding existing accounts
- Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality timeliness and commercial success
- Provide strategic insights on industry trends regulatory changes and market opportunities
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of experience in Wealth & Asset Management consulting or industry roles
- Proven track record of leading complex programmes and managing senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to business growth
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working within consulting environments on large-scale transformation
- Exposure to regulatory or digital transformation initiatives in wealth management
- Established network within the Canadian financial services sector
