• Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle scheduling and appointment management for staff and clients.
• Maintain an organized front desk and office environment.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing and data entry.
• Provide information about our products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with the water treatment industry is an advantage.
