Job Description:

As an Intern within our Business Performance Center of Excellence (CoE) you will play an important role in transforming raw data into strategic insights. This role sits in the front office and includes a mix of daily operational needs ad hoc analysis and building out information for longer term projects. You will work closely with senior analysts to track financial health audit data integrity and communicate performance results to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance Support: Assist the CoE team in maintaining day to day operational support including interactions with Deal teams Business Management and Enterprise partners.

Expense & Variance Analysis: Deep-dive into departmental expenses to identify trends outliers and cost-saving opportunities.

• Data Sourcing and Review: Review and validate various strategic data sources to ensure one version of the truth across all reporting platforms.
• Data Visualization: Design and update interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs making complex performance data easy to digest for leadership.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance Economics Data Analytics Business administration or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with visualization tools is an asset.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly.
