Engineer III Mechanical

Federated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring aEngineer III Mechanical Major Projects on a permanent basis in our Health Safety & Compliance team.

This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina SK.

What youll do:

• Independently leads projects ensuring scope and deliverables are met while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members and supervising taskfocused roles when required.
• Offers technical expertise within their specialty interpreting complex customer needs and contributing to engineering solutions documentation and scope development.
• Supports functional goals by making shortterm technical decisions influencing methodologies and assisting with project cost controls.
• Resolves complex engineering problems within established processes escalating broader issues with informed recommendations and identifying trends to support decisionmaking.
• Ensures all work complies with safety standards exercises sound judgment to mitigate risks and actively promotes a strong safety culture.

The Team: You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineering professionals and project specialists. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration technical excellence continuous improvement and this role youll lead the engineering process for various projectspreparing technical reports diagrams and regulatoryaligned specifications; designing and delivering systems technologies and equipment; making shortterm technical decisions; guiding junior team members; coordinating schedules budgets safety and quality standards across disciplines; conducting research to inform best practices; and ensuring all work aligns with safety guidelines and regulations.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Health Safety Security & Environment (HSSE) & Sustainability and:

• Have 4 years of combined experience.
• Have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Registered as a Professional Engineer ().
