Work closely with sales and service leads to complete RFP/RFI submissions and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) for a range of investment solutions ensuring timely delivery and a high standard of quality.

Liaise with internal stakeholders including sales product investment management trading legal compliance and operations to ensure content is accurate relevant and up to date.

This hybrid role supports the Senior Manager Global RFP Management and the Client Service team in advancing strategic priorities by delivering high-quality timely content aligned with institutional distribution and client servicing activities.

Key Accountabilities

Supporting and completing RFP and RFIs - 60%

Supporting and completing DDQs - 30%

Maintaining business tracker content library and strategic priorities. - 10%

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills
• Exceptional organizational skills project management and follow-through capabilities with the ability to schedule plan prioritize and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the institutional and capital markets
• 1-2 years experience with an investment management firm investment consulting firm and/or plan sponsor.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team across different office locations
• Advanced PC skills including Word Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

• Post-secondary education degree with a focus in business marketing and/or finance considered an asset
• Knowledge of ESG / responsible investing landscape considered an asset
• Investment accreditations or pursuit of an industry designation considered an asset

Knowledge of eVestment Morningstar Salesforce considered an asset

Additional Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial and investment concepts into compelling proposals.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is (58000 - 72500) which is determined based on skills knowledge and experience and geographic addition to base salary this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive health and well-being benefits retirement and savings plan paid time off and career development.
