Were looking for a driven Store Manager to lead store performance inspire a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Youll own sales results champion operational excellence and foster an engaging customer-first culture.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency profitability and an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead coach and develop a high-performing team through ongoing training performance management and succession planning.
• Drive sales by executing business strategies promotional initiatives and effective merchandising plans.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting expense control and analysis of variances to achieve targets.
• Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and enhance service delivery.
• Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies as well as health and safety regulations.
• Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink control programs.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 3 years of management experience in a specialty retail or customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership coaching and team development skills with a proven ability to recruit hire and train high-performing teams.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Expertise in sales growth merchandising strategies expense control shrink reduction and brand differentiation.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and drive operational excellence.
• Passion for board games pop culture and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Energetic outgoing and motivated personality that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay Rate: $24 per hour
