Price International the International Customer Service Analyst supports global project quoting order management and export logistics while acting as a central liaison between customers internal teams and manufacturing quality groups. The role is responsible for documenting and standardizing customer service processes in preparation for integration into new enterprise business systems planned for 2027 identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting customer onboarding activities. The Analyst also contributes to business reporting and the evaluation of future business systems to support scalable international Responsibilities:Project Quoting Order Processing and Export CoordinationSupport international project quoting and order processing activities ensuring accuracy completeness and alignment with customer requirements. Act as a key point of coordination with the export logistics team to facilitate timely compliant shipment of international orders and to resolve order related issues across Documentation and Continuous ImprovementDocument maintain and standardize international customer service processes to support consistency scalability and future integration into new enterprise business systems planned for 2027. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational Reporting and Data SupportEnsure the accurate and timely completion of business reporting in Power BI supporting visibility into customer service performance regional activity and operational Systems Evaluation and Roadmap DevelopmentParticipate as a core contributor in the evaluation of future business systems documenting current state processes identifying gaps and supporting the development of a customer service systems roadmap to enable scalable international Makes You a Great Fit:Post-secondary education Business or Engineering focused3-5 years of experience in business systems inside sales operations product support or related communication skills with technical and non-technical customersclear patient and to analyze problems document findings and communicate solutions with CRM quoting systems and selection working collaboratively with multiple departments and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiative curiosity and willingness to in customer events as required. Self-educate to ensure you are constantly up to date on the latest product developments and software tools.
