Job Description
Our client a well-established company is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team in Ville Saint-Laurent for an 18-month contract.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing high-volume accounts payable activities. You will be responsible for processing invoices managing a high-volume inbox and ensuring accuracy of financial data while working closely with internal teams and vendors across the U.S.

Manage a high-volume AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries
Process invoices and ensure accuracy and proper coding
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end activities and accounts payable processes
Profile Sought
Experience in accounts payable within a high-volume environment
Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fast learner adaptable and able to work in a changing environment
English required as the role involves communication with U.S.-based stakeholders
