What you will be doing:

• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team
• Coordinate scheduling meetings and departmental communications
• Assist with payroll preparation including timecard reviews and adjustments
• Support recruitment processes including interview coordination and onboarding follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records reports and documentation (e.g. training records certifications)
• Assist with ordering inventory tracking and supplier coordination as required
• Support the execution of colleague engagement initiatives and departmental events
• Liaise with other departments (Talent & Culture Finance Culinary etc.) to ensure alignment
• Monitor and support compliance with company policies and procedures

• Prepare reports presentations and internal communications as needed

• Assist with guest requests or operational support when required
• This role requires flexibility to support operational needs and may involve occasional support on the floor during peak periods or special events.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous administrative or Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Serving It Right certification required

Your team and working environment:

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative Food & Beverage team supporting multiple outlets and working closely with leaders across the division. This role offers exposure to various areas of the operation providing a unique opportunity to build strong relationships and gain a well-rounded understanding of luxury hospitality.
