What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team
- Coordinate scheduling meetings and departmental communications
- Assist with payroll preparation including timecard reviews and adjustments
- Support recruitment processes including interview coordination and onboarding follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records reports and documentation (e.g. training records certifications)
- Assist with ordering inventory tracking and supplier coordination as required
- Support the execution of colleague engagement initiatives and departmental events
- Liaise with other departments (Talent & Culture Finance Culinary etc.) to ensure alignment
- Monitor and support compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports presentations and internal communications as needed
- Assist with guest requests or operational support when required
- This role requires flexibility to support operational needs and may involve occasional support on the floor during peak periods or special events.

Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous administrative or Food & Beverage experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Serving It Right certification required

Your team and working environment:
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative Food & Beverage team supporting multiple outlets and working closely with leaders across the division. This role offers exposure to various areas of the operation providing a unique opportunity to build strong relationships and gain a well-rounded understanding of luxury hospitality.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
