Position Details
Job Type: part time permanent Vacancy: This posting is for an existing vacancy Compensation: $18.00 AI Disclosure: Your application will be reviewed by our hiring team - we do not use artificial intelligence in the screening or selection of applicants for this position As a Porter you will help bring unforgettable experiences to life by transforming event spaces into stunning environments that reflect our clients unique visions. From setup to teardown - and everything in between - your hands on support plays a key role in delivering seamless memorable events for every guest.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Preparing event spaces by moving arranging and setting up furniture according to event specifications and client expectations
Transporting event set up materials decor and supplies through the venue using carts dollies or other moving equipment
Setting up tables chairs staging and event equipment based on the number of guests and event layout plans
Assisting with AV equipment set up power cords and basic lighting elements under direction
Maintaining cleanliness in event areas back of house spaces before during and after events
Tearing down event spaces efficiently after the event concludes including removing decor furniture and equipment
In this role your attention to detail physical stamina and teamwork mindset directly contribute to exceptional guest experiencesand to the lasting impressions we create at every event.
