Check out this Assistant Superintendent role with a General Contractor who is just starting the finishing stages on a 4-storey wood-frame stacked townhome in North Vancouver. Future project will be in Vancouver UBC and North Vancouver and include multi-family residential renovation new multi-family wood-frame residential and a custom home.

This General Contractor and Construction Manager has great relationships in the market and a history of successful projects completed by their leadership team. They focus on a culture of good driven people who can grow and succeed together. They want to create internal growth so employees can stay long term. The current project runs through September 2026 with future project planned for the Fall including a 5-storey renovation at UBC and a 69-unit 6-storey wood-frame in North Vancouver & and North Vancouver Custom Home ideally starting in late 2026. Future plans include a diversification into commercial & institutional construction.

Requirements

Compensation
- Salary: $90000 - $110000 (possible to stretch higher for the perfect candidate)
- Benefits:MedicalandDentalplan (after probation period of 3 months)
- Vacation:3weeks
