About the role:

We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation growth and excellence. As we scale rapidly we are introducing the Car Detailer (Evening Shift) role to ensure that vehicles meet Clutchs high presentation standards before delivery. This role is ideal for someone dependable customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday 4:30 PM 3:00 AM and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What youll do:

• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles including washing vacuuming polishing and sanitizing (measured by vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets)
• Follow standardized detailing methods to meet both quality and time targets
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any defects or areas requiring additional attention
• Use appropriate tools cleaning agents and detailing techniques to achieve company standards
• Ensure all detailing tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer delivery
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
• Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals
• Keep detailing bays and work areas clean organized and free of hazards
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals

What were looking for:

• Education:Post-secondary education preferred
• Skills:Strong organizational skills attention to detail and teamwork
• License: Minimum G2 Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
• WorkAuthorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga
• Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week including overtime based on business needs.

Itd be great if you have:

• Experience in vehicle detailing inspection quality control or automotive production
• Familiarity with production workflows and vehicle preparation processes
