Group Division:

For more than 45 yearsArrow Off Road Guelph division has been a supplier of choice for OEM customers in the Material Handling Rail Construction Forestry Agriculture Mining and Defense industries. With operations in both Canada and China our focus is on safety quality delivery cost and the environment. Our mission of good parts on time along with strong customer relationships and company performance will continue our history of growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Primary customer contact for all Purchase Orders
• Confirm the accuracy of POs upon receipt and enter Visual Manufacturing
• Maintain Customer delivery schedules
• Issue firm work orders to the manufacturing/scheduling group
• Coordination of shipments to customers
• Provide RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) when required
• Provide customers with product forecasts for purchasing scheduling and management for forecasting requirements
• Perform EDI (Electronic Date Interchange) functions for customers
• Follow all Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
• Telephone reception and routing of incoming calls
• Back up Role: Shipping / Invoicing CAD/USA Documentation

Educational Requirements:

• High school or Post Secondary Business Diploma or Degree preferred

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum 1 2 years progressive customer service experience within a manufacturing environment or a combination of relevant experience and professional education
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills written & verbal
• Meticulous attention to detail & dedication to continuous improvement
• Excellent ability to multitask & effectively manage many projects simultaneously
• Positively and swiftly adapts to change

• MS Office Excel Word & Outlook
• Visual Manufacturing
