About the Role
We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation growth and excellence. As we scale rapidly we are looking for a Vehicle Inspector (Evening Shift) to join our reconditioning facility role is ideal for someone dependable customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday 4:30 PM 3:00 AM and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.
What Youll Do:
- Inspect incoming vehicles for damage cleanliness and mechanical issues.
- Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutchs quality standards.
- Move start and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently.
- Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools.
- Collaborate with reconditioning detailing and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues.
- Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: Post-secondary education preferred
- Skills: Strong organizational skills attention to detail and teamwork
- License: Minimum G2 Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga
- Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week including overtime based on business needs.
Itd be Great if You Have:
- Previous experience in automotive logistics or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
