KELOWNA LPN SHIFT COVERAGE

Revolve Staffing is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses/Registered Practical Nurses for shift coverage.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse
Location: Kelowna

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and update care plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach
- CPR certification

- 1 year minimum experience

- Valid Registered Nurse license

- Valid BLS certification

- Vulnerable sector check (within 2 years of application date)

- WHMIS certification (can be completed online)

- Mask fit test

- Mileage is covered (mileage only paid out if nurses drive is more than 50km radius from the facility)

- Last minute shift will attract an additional $5 dollars an hour. (last minute shift is any shift request sent within 4hrs of shift start). Note that this is determined by when it was posted not when a nurse picks up the shift.

- Per diem NOT included in shift coverage
