About the Role:

Were looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Service Coordinator to support our evening shift operations at our vehicle reconditioning facility. This role is ideal for someone dependable customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday 4:30 PM 3:00 AM and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What Youll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers with vehicle service needs providing exceptional service at all times
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs maintenance and inspections
  • Accurately document customer concerns service history and recommendations to ensure all needs are met
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders
  • Provide customers with detailed estimates timelines and costs for services
  • Address customer concerns answer questions and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction
  • Stay current with industry trends technologies and best practices in automotive service
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe organized workspace

What Youll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid minimum G2 Drivers License in Ontario with a clean drivers abstract is required.
  • Must be available a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
