Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

  • Lead all pre-sales activities for external Go-To-Market (GTM) clients in Sri Lanka
  • Support the ongoing MDR project including solution design proposal development product demos and client workshops
  • Collaborate closely with the CISO and technical teams to translate customer needs into effective cybersecurity solutions
  • Prepare RFP/RFI responses solution presentations and technical documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients partners and stakeholders

Project Support

  • Work with delivery and security engineering teams to ensure smooth handover and project execution
  • Provide ongoing advisory support to customers for current and upcoming cybersecurity projects

Sri Lanka Operations Leadership

  • Lead and manage the Sri Lanka office operations and team
  • Ensure operational excellence compliance and alignment with regional business standards
  • Represent the company at industry events client meetings and strategic functions

Person Specifications

Professional Experience

  • 810 years of experience in pre-sales in cybersecurity solutions or IT services or related fields
  • Proven track record supporting enterprise clients and presenting technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in cybersecurity (especially MDR/SOC/SIEM) is a strong advantage
  • Prior leadership or country-level management experience is preferred

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as MDR SOC operations SIEM EDR/XDR threat intelligence and cloud security
  • Ability to create solution architectures technical proposals and demonstrations

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development instincts
  • Highly organized self-driven and capable of operating with minimal supervision

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Cybersecurity or related fields
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CEH CompTIA Security) are an added advantage
