Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1C2 or equivalent certification such as IELTS/TOEFL)
• Experience in ESL training or communication-heavy roles preferred
• Comfortable handling adult learners or professional conversations
• Willingness to align with LanguageCert C2 certification
• Bachelors degree in any field
• NBI or Police Clearance

• Laptop or desktop (Intel i5 8th Gen or higher at least 8GB RAM CPU score 3500 or above)
• External 1080p webcam and noise-canceling headset
• Wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with at least 15 Mbps backup
• Mobile hotspots are not accepted as primary or backup connection
• Power backup capable of supporting at least 8 hours of teaching
• Quiet professional teaching environment
